BIOGRAFIJA
Mary J Blige je rođena 11. januara 1971. godine u New Jorku. Najpoznatija je po imenu: ,,The queen of hip-hop and R'N'B music,,-(Karljica hip-hop and R'N'B muzike). Na glezbenu scenu se probila davne 1992. godine sa mega hitom What's the 411, poslije kojeg jednostavno nestaje sa scene. Ponovo se vraća i postaje još popularnija sa slijedećim pjesmama/hitovima: My life (1994.), Share my world (1997.), The tour (1997.), Mary (1999.) kada bova proglašena najboljom pjevačicom R'N'B muzike 90-tih godina, Familly Affair (2001.). Surađivala je sa svetskim hip-hoperima kao što su Busta Rhymes i Lil'Kim. U augustu 2005. godine izdaje novi album The Breakthrough i pjesme Enough Cryin i Be without you postaju veliki hitovi.Godine 2006 Mary gostuje u popularnom Oprah showu i priznaje da je u djetinjstvu bila silovana.Silovao ju je njen bliži rođak kada je imala samo 10 godina...
